February 12, 1894: Born in Chillicothe, OH to Myrtle Hill and Frank R. Erdmann

1908,1909,1910: Attended Staunton Military Academy

1918, 1919: Enlisted in the US Army, Camp Sherman, Chillicothe, OH

1919: Went to Cincinnati to study at the Art Academy of Cincinnati,OH

1920: Worked at Stowbridge Lithographic Co, Cincinnati, OH

1922,1923: Studied at the National Academy of Design in New York, NY

1923: Drew a portrait of Margaret Livingston (Ms. Paul Whiteman) that

was used in Gunning's Actor and Actors Book, "Wids" Movies

1924-1931: Traveled and lived in various places in New Mexico and

California. He lived for most of the time in either Albuquerque, NM, or Santa fe, NM. He photographed and painted Pueblo Indians in various places in New Mexico.

1926: His first painting was accepted for the Cincinnati Museum's Annual exhibition of American art, a painting entitled Andy.

1928: Two paintings were chosen for the Fifteenth Annual exhibit of Painters and Sculptors of the Southwest at the Museum of New Mexico, 1928, Santa Fe, New Mexico, chosen were Pueblo Indian and Portrait of A. Trujillo.

1931: Lived in Chillicothe, OH with occasional trips to Williamsville, IL to visit with his brother Robert, or White Plains, NY to be with his sister Norma Jean Chadborne.

February 1965: Died in Chillicothe,OH
