James O'Neil now lives and works in Lubec, Maine. 

He Graduated Massachusetts College of Art 1977 and studied at Gloucester Academy of Fine Art under the direction of John Terelak from 1978-1979.

Member: Rockport Art Association. 

Exhibited: Boston Watercolor Society, Copley Society in Boston, Cape Cod Art Association, other galleries and associations throughout New England.
