Edward Clegg Wilkinson (1862-1917) was a London based painter of landscapes, portraits and genre. He exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1884-1904 and also at the Society of British Artists and at the New Water-Colour Society. One of his largest and most impressive works Spring-Piccadilly, is in the Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
